When you enroll in a Luxury Coach™ experience—whether a digital product, self-paced course, or coaching program—you are entering into an agreement rooted in clarity and commitment. Please review the following:

1. Access & Delivery

  • Products and courses are delivered digitally. You will receive access immediately after purchase.

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled and delivered according to the package purchased.

2. All Sales Final

  • Due to the nature of instant digital access and the exclusivity of coaching, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

  • If a payment plan is selected, all installments must be completed regardless of participation level.

3. Your Responsibility

  • These experiences are designed for growth, leadership presence, and self-mastery. Results depend on your individual participation, application, and commitment.

  • The Luxury Coach™ provides tools, frameworks, and guidance, but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Usage Rights

  • Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

  • Frameworks, workbooks, and course assets remain the intellectual property of The Luxury Coach™.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Coaching and courses are educational in nature. They do not replace therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Coaching requires both presence and respect for time. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at my discretion.

  • Due to the nature of this work and the commitment it requires, all coaching sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your enrollment is complete.

  • If unexpected circumstances arise, I will make reasonable efforts to honor your investment through rescheduling or alternate arrangements while maintaining the integrity of our agreement.
