Your time and energy are valuable, and so is mine. Because coaching is a presence-based service, all sales are final once sessions have begun.
If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
For coaching programs, deposits and payment plans are non-refundable. Your commitment reserves my time, energy, and availability. If unexpected circumstances arise, I will always work with you to honor your investment while maintaining the integrity of our agreement.
