This Didn’t Feel Like Growth
Mar 19, 2026
I haven’t written here in a while.
Not because nothing was happening,
but because everything was.
There’s a quiet shift that happens when your work starts reaching beyond you.
More eyes. More interpretation.
More people deciding what they think they see.
And somewhere in that,
you have to decide what remains yours.
I thought expansion would feel like arrival.
It doesn’t.
It feels like refinement.
Like standing still while everything around you moves faster.
Like learning how to stay present without performing.
Nothing about my work has changed.
But how I hold it has.
And maybe that’s what growth actually is.
